 . Homebond provided us with technical back up and inspects each of our projects, to ensure they comply with current regulations.

. From a customer perspective all our new builds are registered with Homebond Insurance Services ltd. This insurance policy is underwritten by Allianz PLC.

This policy offers the following benefits

• An independent Homebond engineer will make two site visits during the construction stage. The foundations will be inspected and an overall structural inspection will be carried out when the house is substantially complete.
• The house is insured against any major structural defects for a period of 10 years.
• The house is insured in respect of remedial work in the event of smoke/water ingress for a period of five years.
• Deposit and stage payment protection is provided for the home owner for any loss of money deposited for the construction of their home.
